Join Doc Maria at the New Beginnings meeting on March 3, 2015 at 7:30pm at St. Raphael Catholic Church in Naperville, IL to learn more about Shifting Gears in times of change. Each day we experience change but sometimes we don’t always have the finesse or courage to move through change. Moving through many flat tires, bruises and bicycling over 4000 miles, Dr. Maria Malayter will share her story and the many ways she navigated change. She will discuss Shifting Gears through change including strategies to R.I.D.E. through various change experiences.
