Doc Maria worked with the staff of Cherokee Elementary School in Lake Forest, Illinois on January 26, 2015. The training on Navigating the RIDE of Change provided an understanding of change and methods to cope with change. Each staff member left the training with a personal action plan to stay focused on wellness during times of change.
